What we build.
Different shapes of system, one wrapper: you own it, it is measured, and delivery is guaranteed.
The wrapper
Every engagement ships the same way.
The catalog below is broad; the terms are not. Whatever Urverk builds for you, four things hold. They are the wrapper around every engagement — and the wrapper, not the item, is the difference.
-
You own it
All code, IP, and branding are yours from day one, in writing. Bring your own API keys if you prefer. No lock-in.
-
It is measured
A baseline taken before the build and one agreed metric per engagement — the result is judged on your own numbers.
-
It ships with proof
Evals and an Assay report at every milestone, attesting what was built and that its checks pass.
-
Delivery is guaranteed
Miss a signed milestone date on us and an automatic 10% credit applies. No dispute process, nothing to file.
The catalog
The shapes an engagement takes.
Persona-fronted assistant
A named, branded assistant — chat, email, or voice — that your staff or customers talk to. The persona is a presentation layer you choose and own: the name, the likeness, the branding, all IP. Underneath sits the same measured system as any other build, and it discloses that it is automated wherever it faces your customers.
Intake and lead triage
Capture, qualify, route, and first-respond to everything inbound — web form, email, phone-to-text. This is the workflow the Pilot fixes in scope, and the fastest way to test the method on your own numbers.
Back-office workflow automation
Proposal, quote, and document generation; scheduling, reminders, and follow-up chasing; receivables coordination. Each workflow is measured on its own turnaround and completion numbers.
Chat and voice agents
A customer-facing conversational agent on the channels you already run — web, SMS, phone. A persona is optional; disclosure is not. The agent tells the people it talks to that it is automated.
Multi-step AI workflows
Model-in-the-loop pipelines that classify, draft, route, and escalate, wired into the tools you already use. Code decides wherever code can answer; the model is reserved for judgment calls.
Custom systems
The catalog is not a limit. Work that fits a fixed scope, a clean baseline, and a measurable outcome qualifies — and it enters through the same published tiers as everything else.
On named assistants
The persona is a layer. The system is the point.
Plenty of vendors will sell you a digital colleague with a name and a face. Urverk builds persona-fronted assistants too — the difference is what sits underneath. The persona is yours outright, like every other deliverable. The system under it is measured against a baseline taken in your own business. And delivery is guaranteed in writing, with the same automatic credit as any other build.
The studio itself keeps no persona: Assay, the proof layer, has no avatar, no pronouns, no face. Your assistant speaks in your brand, never in ours.
What we decline
Four things we do not build.
-
Work with no measurable outcome. Without a baseline and an agreed metric there is nothing for the guarantee to stand on, and an unverifiable claim is not something this studio sells.
-
Undisclosed bots. An assistant that hides being automated from the people it talks to is declined as policy — disclosure ships on by default, and in California it can also be required by law.
-
Impersonation of real people, living or dead. A persona is an original character your brand owns, never a borrowed likeness.
-
PHI and HIPAA-covered work. Regulated-data handling carries a liability surface that is out of scope for a solo studio pre-launch.
Where it starts
One door in, whatever we build.
Every engagement enters through the published tiers — the Pilot builds one workflow, inbound intake and lead triage, at a fixed scope from $6,000; other shapes on this page enter as a Build — and every milestone ships with an Assay report. The prices are public, and they do not change once you talk to us.
